Don't forget to mail in your pre-registration to reserve your spot at Great Grandmaster Lanada's seminar and recieve a discount. Please see attached copy.
Be sure to include particpant's name(s), rank, ID#, date of birth, most recent training location and promoting instructor, and mailing address. If you do not have a current ID (not expired), one can be purchased prior to the seminar. If you want your ID to be ready upon arrival, please include $12 and a close-up picture along with your pre-registration.
Please include names of additional dinner guests. Members bringing family or other guests are encouraged to make a donation to assist with the meal (monetary or food/ beverage donations will be greatly appreciated). Thank you in advance for your support, as this keeps costs down by not having to charge separately for the meal.
Any eligible members wishing to participate in promotion testing/ acceptance ceremony, should contact us as soon as possible for detailed information. Group testing is tentatively scheduled for Friday evening.
Whether pre-registering or paying at the door, please be sure to RSVP by August 21st with list of dinner guests and seminar participants.
